Scott is the most effective leadership and development coach I’ve ever worked with (and there have been more than a few). Scott is highly proficient with all of the current leadership and development methodologies on offer (DiSC, Work of Leaders, Clifton Strengths, you name it), but unlike others he is agnostic as to particular methodologies and only focused on which methodology will best connect with, and be most effective for, each individual client (in my case it was Clifton Strengths). As an added bonus, he is also expert in Interest Based Negotiating, which we’ve implemented in our organization to great effect. When our 600+ employee college was struggling with organizational climate issues and low employee engagement, Inspired Engagement was the perfect partner to help us begin to turn things around.
